We encourage you to apply online, as it is going to be very simple, secure and cheap. We are sure many of you will know how to use computers and internet. If you do not know, then this online application process is a wonderful opportunity to learn about computer and internet usage.
By applying online you also save 10% money for your parents. The online application fees are Rs. 900/- (for general category, OBC & DS students) and Rs. 450/- (for female (any category), SC/ST, Physically Disabled). The respective offline application fees are Rs. 1000/- and Rs. 500/-. The quoted fees for both online and offline applications are exclusive of the bank charges.

ONLINE OFF-CAMPUS COUNSELING MCA-2009 IN MP
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
The admission process involves the following eight steps:
I. Document verification
[for reserved category(ST/SC/OBC) , JK(Migrant/Resident) and all
Handicapped at Help Center identified by Competent Counseling
Authority].
II. Online Registration and Payment of Registration Fee.
III. Online Choice Filling and part payment of Tuition Fee.
IV. Online Allotment.
V. Printing of Provisional Letter of Allotment.
VI. Reporting and Document Verification (Mark-sheets, Domicile if
applicable) at Allotted Institutions for seeking admission.
VII. Second Round of Counseling (If seat remains vacant).
VIII. Remaining seats, after counseling on the basis of Pre-MCA test, shall
be filled on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
DETAILS OF REGISTRATION & PART PAYMENT OF TUITION FEES
At the time of Registration
Registration Fees Rs. 500/- (for UR only) and Portal Charge: 20/- (For All)
At the time of preference locking
Part payment of tuition Fees Rs. 9500/- (for UR only) and Portal Charge: 80/- (For All)

on MPOnline website www.mponline.gov.in as per above schedule.

The admission process involve following steps:
Candidates belonging to ST/SC/OBC of Madhya Pradesh, Handicapped, Sainik/Freedom Fighter of Madhya Pradesh and J&K Resident/Migrant, have to
follow all the Steps from 1 to 5. Un Reserved candidates should follow Step 2 to 5 only.
I. Step 1- Document Verification:-
(Document verification is only for ST/SC/OBC, Handicapped, Sainik/Freedom Fighter of Madhya Pradesh and J&K resident/Migrant. There is no need to verify documents for unreserved candidates at this stage) Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward Class (OBC) {excluding creamy layer}/Sainik (S), Freedom Fighter (FF-Only for Pharmacy) of MP and J&K Resident & J&K
Migrant are required to verify their documents at the nearest Help Centers. List of Help Centers & their telephone numbers etc. are available at http://www.mponline.gov.in/.
Step 2- Registration (For all candidates including Un Reserved):-
After verification of documents of Scheduled caste/Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward Classes of MP/J & K Resident & J & K Migrant/ Sainik(S), Freedom Fighter (FF)} and all other candidates may registered for Counselling through www.mponline.gov.in. For registration, candidate must enter roll number and date of birth (as per Vyapam result) and pay Registration Fee of Rs. 500/-. No registration fee has to be paid by SC/ST/OBC candidates of MP. The portal charges of Rs. 20/- has to be paid by all candidates.
III. Step 3- Choice Filling (For all candidates including Un Reserved):-
After registration candidates can fill institution choices Online and pay part payment of Tuition Fee through www.mponline.gov.in. For the Online Choice Filling, candidate will have to enter the roll number,
date of birth and password (which is generated after registration) in the Choice Filling screen, and pay part payment of tuition fees of Rs. 9500/- . No registration fee has to pay by SC/ST/OBC candidates of
MP. The Portal charges of Rs. 80/- has to be paid by all candidates.
IV. Step 4- Allotment Letter (For all candidates including Un Reserved):-
Candidate can take print out of Provisional Allotment Letter through www.mponline.gov.in.
V. Step 5- Reporting at Institutions (For all candidates including Un Reserved):- After allotment candidates will Report in the Allotted Institutions and verifies their Documents (Marksheets,
Domicile etc. if applicable).
VI. Process for Second Phase of Counselling will be available at www.mponline.gov.in. (In case of vacant
seats and drop out/non reported seats available after first Phase of Counselling).
VII. If still seats remain vacant after Second Phase of Counselling, Process of Counselling on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination will be available at www.mponline.gov.in.
Allotment of institution/seats will be done as per interim order of Hon.’ble High Court, Jabalpur dated07.08.2009 in Writ Petition No. 5852/2009 after information received from institution about NRI seats.
